Another good way to keep your routine fresh and to continue challenging your muscles is to add new exercises frequently. This helps to keep you from getting bored with your routine, as well as encouraging and challenging your muscles in new ways.
Six pack abs exercises will certainly get you on your way to having washboard abs, but keep in mind that you also need to have a low percentage of body fat. The more fat you have, the harder it is to see the muscles hiding behind it, no matter how well toned.
